Against Marriott International Inc. |
August 23, 2002 - On August 20, 2002 Strategic Hotel Capital sued Marriott
International Inc. in Los Angeles Superior Court. SHC filed the complaint
on behalf of three hotels it owns in Southern California which are managed
under contract by Marriott; Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel, Marriot's Rancho
Las Palmas and Renaissance Beverly Hills.
