Public Relations:
The Landmark London, London (United Kingdom) 

E-Marketing: 
The Peabody Little Rock, Little Rock, Arkansas (USA)

The five categories of Advertising, Direct Mail, Public Relations, Collateral and Web Site were judged and awarded by a panel of third party marketing industry experts, which included Ferdia Doherty, Account Supervisor at Publicis; George Tenne, Chief Creative Officer of BBDO; Stacy Shaw, President of m-k-t-g and Roberta Lee, Senior Vice President of Linden Alschuler & Kaplan. Submissions were judged on the stated objectives of the program and the impact and results following implementation, the creation and execution of the program and the creative/design of the program, along with how well the Preferred brand was integrated. 

The categories of Hotel/Resort Sales Team of the Year, On-Property Branding and Hotel/Resort of the Year were awarded by Preferred senior management and based on pre-determined criteria.
