Announce Innovative Telecom Improvement Solution

Will increase telecom profits through TIV’s Telecom
Yield Management system

May 6, 2002 Dallas, Texas & Chicago, IL – TIV Operations Group, Inc. and Hyatt International Hotels & Resorts today announced a joint accord to offer TIV CompuCall™ Telephone Revenue Yield Management system to each of Hyatt International’s 82 diverse international properties, in 39 countries, over a 24 month improvement period.

Commenting on the new agreement with Hyatt International, David Larsen, CEO, TIV stated, “Hyatt is recognized as one of the most technologically advanced and superior guest-service operators in the hospitality industry. We are delighted at the prospect of working with Hyatt managers to deliver advanced telecommunications management systems and solutions that meet and surpass the unique requirements of their guests”.

Hyatt’s interest in TIV CompuCall™ for each of their international hotels is its ability to overcome the growing conflict between beneficial telecommunications services for guests, and preventing the loss of guest loyalty to any perceived overcharging.
