Francesca Gadaleta as director of sales and marketing. A graduate of Ecole Hotelier �Les Roches� in Switzerland and New York University, Francesca directs the transient, group and catering sales teams, as well as managing the marketing for the hotel. A nine-year veteran of the hospitality industry, including three years with the Swissôtel Beijing, Francesca brings a wealth of experience to the property. She most recently functioned as associate director of sales at Swissôtel New York, The Drake. Francesca was also awarded �Sales Person of the Year� of Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts Worldwide as well as serving as a member of the President�s Club and the Revenue Committee. �The Muse has demonstrated its stellar reputation, receiving the AAA Four Diamond rating for 2002,� says Francesca. �I look forward to continuing this excellence through an outstanding sales team and exceptional associate performance, especially as we finalize our enhancements to the lobby and continue to improve our guest services with inspiring programs designed to create a tailored and imaginative guest experience.� The Muse creates an intimate, yet animated atmosphere with its artsy décor, including a 15-foot vaulted ceiling in the lobby with a mural depicting the nine muses, accented with theatrical themed artwork and whimsical furniture where guests relax and imagine. |
