Hilton Names Award Winning Hotels Within the
Three Full-Service Brands
BEVERLY HILLS, Calif - April 16, 2002 - Hilton Hotels Corporation is proud to announce its top hotel performance award winners for the Hilton®, Doubletree® and Embassy Suites Hotels® brands, which were presented during the company's recent Full-Service Brand Conference in San Francisco. 

Award-winning hotels within the three brands were determined through key areas within the company's Balanced Scorecard rating system: quality assurance and customer satisfaction ratings. Each hotel received a trophy and individual recognition at specially planned celebratory receptions during the conference.

Embassy Suites Hotels has recognized 16 hotels with 2001 Pride Awards, representing the top 10 percent of the brand in terms of guest satisfaction rating surveys and product quality scores, and five hotels with awards for most improved product and service scores in 2001.
