B.Y. Development, Inc. Opens 103-room AmericInn
in Deadwood, South Dakota

Minneapolis, MN (April 3, 2002) – AmericInn International Chairman and CEO Luke Fowler announces the grand opening of the new AmericInn of Deadwood, SD.  The new AmericInn will host a grand opening celebration on Saturday April 6, 2002.   The property is located at 360 Main Street in Deadwood; attached to Cadillac Jack’s Gaming Resort.  The owning company; B.Y. Development, Inc. opened the 103-room upscale limited service lodging property January 25, 2002. 

“We are successfully expanding in South Dakota and other parts of the country because of AmericInn’s ability to deliver upscale lodging at reasonable prices in local communities like Deadwood.  

The new AmericInn of Deadwood offers guests signature amenities with a unique nautical décor, including a spacious recreation area with pool, whirlpool, sauna, steam room, exercise facility and video arcade all under a vaulted wood beam ceiling; conference room with full array of business support amenities with seating for 200; meeting room with seating for 50; specialty guestrooms with fireplaces, whirlpools, refrigerators, microwaves and wet bar.  Oversized king, queen double and king single rooms are available and a complementary hot or cold breakfast is served at Cadillac Jack’s for guest convenience.
