A lifelong resident of the Cleveland Area, Mr. Pochatek was previously the General Manager of both the Aurora Inn managed by Richfield Hospitality Services and The Harley Hotel Cleveland East. He has worked in various hotel operating departments in the hospitality industry for nearly 20 years.  He holds a B.A. in Business Administration form Baldwin Wallace College in Berea, OH where he was active in various team sports programs. He lives in Berea, Ohio with his wife and three children.
