| PARSIPPANY, NJ, February 13, 2002 � Cendant Corporation (NYSE: CD)
announced today the appointment of Michael W. McCormick as a Senior Vice
President of Cendant�s Travel Distribution Division. In his new role,
McCormick becomes President of WizCom International, a leading supplier
of reservation and information management systems for the travel industry,
and President of THOR (Twenty-four Hour Online Reservations), a leading
provider of services to thousands of travel agencies around the world,
including discounted hotel rate programs, 24-hour services, preferred vendor
program, and international rate desk. McCormick will report to Sam
Galeotos, CEO of Cendant�s Travel Services and Supplier Group.
