Minneapolis, MN (February 10, 2002) AmericInn International, LLC
Chairman and CEO Luke Fowler announces the unveiling of two new AmericInn
metropolitan prototypes. AmericInn now offers a straight-line 76-room,
4-story center entry metropolitan prototype and a straight-line 78-room,
4-story end entry metropolitan prototype (both with a porte-cochere option)
in addition to the three traditional prototypes already used by the AmericInn
Lodging System. The interior design of each AmericInn is custom designed
to fit the region in which it is located.
The architectural firm of Truman Howell & Associates, based in Minnetonka, MN designed the two new prototypes to ensure a competitive edge for AmericInn within metropolitan markets. The new metropolitan prototypes portray a contemporary look and feel to the AmericInn Lodging System. We are successfully expanding in metropolitan parts of the country because of AmericInns ability to deliver upscale lodging at reasonable prices. AmericInn Lodging Properties are popular with todays business and leisure travelers because of spacious, well-appointed public areas and guestrooms, with unique masonry room construction for a quiet nights sleep. For guests, AmericInn is their home away from home with those something extras that make a night at AmericInn a good night, said Fowler.
