As a follow-up to the successful HSMAI/NYU �Moving the Industry Forward: An Interactive Strategy Session� held in New York on Oct. 17, 2001, participants will walk away with an industry update and action items for immediate implementation.  The session will introduce industry professionals at the vice president level and above to issues changing the way we do business.  Industry experts will address the most timely and pertinent issues of today, with this session focusing on Sales and Marketing.  The session will report on what is working and come up with additional solutions to the changing landscape of travel and hospitality.  (Limited attendance)
