LaeRoc Partners, LLC Appoints ASTON Hotels & Resorts
as Manager of the 255 room Waikiki Parkside Hotel
HONOLULU (Dec. 14, 2001) ASTON Hotels & Resorts Hawaii today announced that LaeRoc Partners, LLC selected ASTON Hotels & Resorts Hawaii to manage the Waikiki Parkside Hotel.

"ASTON has proven their ability to take a property, stylize a renovation and make it profitable for its owners and investors," said Kim Benjamin, President of LaeRoc Partners, LLC. "ASTON's performance in the renovation and managing of our first Waikiki investment, Aston Aloha Surf Hotel exceeded expectations. Our confidence in that ability outweighed other bids from competing local, regional and national brands and we have no doubt that ASTON is the right choice to make our second venture with the Waikiki Parkside successful."

The property officially becomes the ASTON Waikiki Parkside Hotel on Monday, December 17, 2001.
