Neil Poisson Named  VP of Operations for the 
Woodfield Suites Brand and District Director
of Baymont Inns & Suites
To serve dual role

MILWAUKEE (Sept. 10, 2001) � Baymont Inns & Suites and Woodfield Suites is pleased to announce the recent hire of Neil Poisson.  In his new position, Poisson plays a dual role serving as the vice president of operations for the Woodfield Suites brand and district director of Wisconsin-area Baymont Inns & Suites.

The Woodfield Suites and Baymont Inns & Suites brands comprise the limited-service lodging division of The Marcus Corporation (NYSE: MCS) and include nearly 200 hotels in 33 states nationwide.
 

In his new role, Poisson will be responsible for managing every aspect of operations for the seven Woodfield Suites located in Wisconsin, Illinois, Colorado and Texas.  Additionally, he will oversee the three area managers responsible for 11 Baymonts located in Wisconsin.

Poisson joins Baymont after 15 years with the Hilton Hotels Corporation where he held a number of positions.  Most recently he served as a general manager for a number of Illinois-area Hilton properties including the Hilton Suites and Hilton Garden Inn in Oakbrook Terrace.  Prior to that, Poisson was the regional director of operations for Hilton Select Hotels and served as regional divisional manager with the franchise group � providing consultation services and ensuring brand and service standards were met by the franchisers.

Poisson resides in Batavia, Ill., with his wife and two children.
