hotel chain will create a new company within its organization, Shilo Franchise
International LLC, offering four segment brands: Shilo Inns, Shilo Inn
Suites, Shilo Inn Hotels, and Shilo Inn Suites Hotels.
Shilo�s unique style of offering the best of both worlds to its guests
is reflected in what it will offer franchisees. The new company will
provide qualified independent operators all the support and benefits of

SHILO INNS was founded in 1974, and
today, has more than 45 convenient locations in nine western states. Shilo
Inns is considered the largest private, independently owned and operated
hospitality company in the Western United States. Mark S. Hemstreet, Founder
and Owner of Shilo Inns, learned a lot about the hospitality business from
his mother and father. He demonstrated his entrepreneurial abilities at
the age of 16 as summer manager of a small motel. He cultivated an
early vision of developing the best independent hotel/motel/resort chain
in the Pacific Northwest. The results of that experience, and dream,
culminated in his officially opening the first Shilo Inn at age 24, in
