| Atlanta, GA�July 23 2001�Ernest J. Catanzaro, Senior Vice President
of Sales & Marketing of French Quarter Hospitality, LLC, announced
today a name change of the company �Regal Hospitality Management, LLC�
to �French Quarter Hospitality, LLC�. In addition to the new name
change, the company is also launching (anticipated completion date mid-September)
a new web-site which will include information such as; The companies vision
statement, Information on hotel management services (which can be customized
per a hotel owners need), A Link to French Quarter Hospitality�s existing
properties including a virtual tour, An employment opportunities page and
other pertinent information on the company as well.
In announcing the name change, Catanzaro said, �We found that the name �Regal Hospitality,� was confusing with other hotel companies including �Regal� in their name. We wanted to ensure we differentiate ourselves from this confusion, therefore, we have decided to introduce French Quarter Hospitality, LLC. French Quarter Hospitality is actively pursuing additional management services predominately throughout the East Coast. French Quarter Hospitality principals bring an aggregate over 70 years of top-level experience. The partners include Ronnie Ben-Zur (Founder & Chief Executive Officer), Dana Feneck (Chief Operating Officer), Michael J. Kaufman (Chief Financial Officer / CPA), & Ernest J. Catanzaro (Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing. French Quarter Hospitality operates full and limited service three diamond properties and currently manages the 386 room Radisson JFK New York, 186 room Radisson Northlake Atlanta, GA, 287 room Radisson Beach Resort, Fort Walton, FL, and a new 100 room Hampton Inn, Fort Walton, FL.
