Before he was hired at PMHS, Paul Stanton held finance and operational positions at multiple international hotels and resorts, including the five-star, five-diamond Boca Raton Hotel and Club, and the Walt Disney Company. During his first year at PMHS, Stanton has been a key player in PMHS transition from a corporate office into more of a support center. He has also worked closely with the IT Solutions Department in developing software that organizes the efficient transmittal of information from PMHS to each of its hotels. As Chief Financial Officer, Stanton's responsibilities will include every aspect of financial management.

"We hired Paul as a Controller, but he has long since outgrown that job title," remarks Greg Miller, Chief Operating Officer of PMHS. "I'm pleased to be able to publicly recognize him as a Vice President."

Joseph Bojanowski, Vice President of New Development, began with PMHS in 1997 as a general manager. "That didn't last long," Miller reports with a smile. "We were so happy with Joseph's performance at that hotel that we kept pulling him away to train other managers and oversee openings. He's always paved the way for us, so now he devotes all of his time to organizing and troubleshooting new properties, as well as overseeing yield management at every hotel." 

To date, Bojanowski has been directly involved in supervising four openings, and has assisted with two others. His latest project is developing and opening PMHS' newest property, the 138-room Comfort Suites/Manassas, which opened in late July.
