Under the agreement, Unirez will function as the exclusive provider of reservations technology and electronic distribution to all of Benchmark's properties. Unirez will provide seamless connectivity to all Global Distribution Systems as well as booking capability through other major alternate distribution channels including Travelweb (www.travelweb.com). Via links to the Unirez booking engine, reservations also can be made to many of the hotels through their own proprietary Web site.
