Donald R. Trice Elected Vice Chairman of Crestline Hotels
& Resorts, Inc.; Will Focus On Growth

 
BETHESDA, Md., March 5, 2001 - Crestline Capital Corporation (NYSE: CLJ) announced today that Donald R. Trice has been elected Vice Chairman of its management subsidiary, Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc.  

Mr. Trice was formerly President and Chief Executive Officer of Crestline Hotels & Resorts.  David L. Durbin, formerly Executive Vice President of Crestline Hotels & Resorts, has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Crestline Capital Corporation and Chief Operating Officer of Crestline Hotels & Resorts.
 

In his new role, Mr. Trice will focus on the strategic planning and continued growth of Crestline Hotels & Resorts.  Mr. Durbin will continue his role leading day-to-day operations of the management subsidiary.  Both Messrs.  Trice and Durbin will report to Bruce D. Wardinski, Crestline
