Day Hospitality Group Breaks Ground
On Its 13th Hotel
97 Room Springhill Suites at Georgia Mall
ATLANTA (January 22, 2001) � Atlanta-based Day Hospitality Group (DHG)
broke ground recently for its 13th hotel, a SpringHill Suites by Marriott
on Georgia Highway 20, west of Interstate 85. Located directly across
the street from the Mall of Georgia, the regional mega-mall in Gwinnett
County north of Atlanta, the hotel will stand five stories tall and feature
97 rooms. An August 2001opening is planned.
�SpringHill Suites will be the 90th hotel to open in Gwinnett County,�
said Susanne Adams, Director of New Business Development for the Chamber
of Commerce, �and we are pleased to have another quality product to offer
our visitors.�

to the Mall of Georgia market where our company�s Hampton Inn has been

Convention & Visitors Bureau, Tom Martin, General Manager, Mall of
Georgia; Mike Allen, Executive Vice President, Regional Credit Officer,
Century South Bank; Randy Foster, Foster & Company; the construction
company for the project; Bruce Williams, Executive Vice President and Bill
Brogdon, Executive Vice President of Gwinnett Prado, the investment company
for the hotel.
