Aston Appoints New General Manager at the Honolulu Prince

Honolulu, HI (March 24, 1997) - Aston Hotels & Resorts, Hawaii�s largest hotel and condominium resort operator, has appointed Monica Shiffer as its new general manager at the Honolulu Prince, effective Feb. 6. She replaces Dawn Paiaina, who has relocated to the Big Island.

Shiffer oversees all daily operations of the 123-room hotel, which is centrally located in the heart of Waikiki.

Most recently, she assisted with the installation of Embassy Vacation Resort Poipu Point�s new property management computer system and provided front desk management assistance. she also has handled special projects for Aston Kaanapali shores. Prior to her temporary assignments, Shiffer managed reservations and the front desk departments and later, served as acting general manager at the Maui Par, a condominium resort formerly managed by Aston.
