The expansion was announced Friday by Gov. Rick Scott, who recently returned from a trade trip to Santiago, Chile. Atton Hotels, founded in 2000, has three hotels in Chile and one in Peru. The Brickell Avenue property will have 270 rooms; an exact address was not available Friday.
