| By Nancy Isles Nation, The Marin Independent Journal, Novato, Calif.McClatchy-Tribune Regional News May 10--Larkspur Hotels & Restaurants, a fast-growing hospitality company, has appointed four new staff members. Nathan Tanner is vice president of restaurants. He will manage the company's restaurant division and create an independent restaurant group. Richard Flores was named vice president of marketing. He will promote the Larkspur Hotels & Restaurants brand and manage marketing and strategy. Vice president of human resources, Rachel Hawkins, will lead the personnel department and training programs. Lisa Soutter will promote the Larkspur Collection, the company's premium hotel brand, as regional director of sales. Larkspur Hotels & Restaurants was established in 1996 and has a portfolio of 22 hotels and six restaurants. ------ The new development director of the Marin Humane Society is Jeanne Huber, a 20-year nonprofit veteran. Huber's duties include expanding the society's fund-raising efforts. ------ Mortgage brokers Andy Kristen and Andrew Grossman have joined Princeton Capital, the lending partner of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, and will serve clients in the Greenbrae, Belvedere, Mill Valley and Sausalito offices. Kristen and Grossman had been with Residential Pacific Mortgage, where they served as brokers at the Frank Howard Allen office in San Rafael. ------ Mae Lacourse has been named vice president at Tamalpais Bank and will handle consumer and business customer relationships at the Northgate branch. Lacourse had been with Bank of Marin and has been in the banking industry since she was a San Rafael High School student in 1951.
