Hello Lawrence Cheung:

I am contacting you,in the concern of a integrated project which i have to do for my school.
I was willing to get some information regarding facility management ,in the event of organizing a meeting for 150 sales people for a time period of 4 days.
My part is to.
- Evaluate & plan the I.T & other technical requirement for the meeting facilities.

-Suggets a suitable ownership structure for the I.T technical & audiovisual equipment.

-Design a preventative maintenance schedule including the special facilities in your establishment.

-Evaluate and offer solutions for the Secutity issues in the establishment.

I you would be kind enough to reply to my questions even if you can help me.
