Hotel financing

Dear Sir I wonder if you could help we are siting with a 75 year lease pice of the most stunning piece of land in Mosambique and bordering a nature reserve and coastal Marine reserve. Have plans for 600 unit on golf estate, 5 game lodges & 40 room exclussive scuba diving hotel , main port casino 300 room hotel with Marina and major airport to be constructed.

Please advise how I go about getting investors for the project. RE game reserve Mark Tenant from Animal Planet IS PART OF OUR CONSERVATION TEAM.

Whole plan is to create a TAX FREE DUTY FRE PORT.
