Hello i am new to the hotel business, basically what i need is a list of all the benchmarking and performance tools that i should be using to track a properties success. RevPar, Compar, those are terms that i am not familar with and i need a resource, either person or reference material to show me how to begin keeping track on my economics, as well as the figures i should be maintaining should i ever wish to sell or move up to a larger hotel, where i am sure i would be required to know how to track these.
