Cost to turnover guestroom?

Please help!

Could anyone tell me what formula is used to calculate the cost of making a vacant/dirty hotel guestroom a vacant/clean guestroom?

I know this varies from property to property, depending on amenities, etc. But I would appreciate it if someone could tell what the all the variables are that need to be included.

Also, is there an industry average for determining what percent of rate the cost of turning over the room should be?
