Multi-Hotel Management Structure

Hi,
I am in the process of forming a management compant for our motels. They are all small mid-scale properties therefore not cost effective to outsource. Does anyone have manuals or structual guidelines to form a company. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Please email me.
