Middleton, WI -- North Central Management, Inc., the Wisconsin-based
hotel management company with 20 hotels, has signed a five year contract
with Telman. North Central contracted with Telman for the use of FOCUS,
a custom designed Enterprise Decision Information System that uses a unique
proprietary software to integrate property management systems with corporate
office accounting systems, and helps hotel companies control payroll costs
and mange the day to day key result areas of a hotel's operations. FOCUS
causes managers to transform their business practices and methodologies
from a limiting command-and-control approach to an approach that uncovers
and encourages innovative practices and thinking in their business to produce
breakthrough results.

to capitalize on faster and more accurate information", explains Steve

Austin adds, "This system will also assist our corporate office, allowing for faster communication and consolidated reporting of all property information.
