The DA-5™ Automated Audit & Executive Information System is an integrated process-driven solution that re-engineers the audit process, eliminates the night audit and integrates the PMS, POS and Time Clock systems with property and corporate accounting systems in a seamless and managed process.  The DA-5™ automates and compresses the night and day audit functions into a single function that takes much less time and enables hotels to switch to a five day – day audit environment.  

The 575-room Radisson South Hotel & Plaza Tower in Minneapolis, a Radisson managed hotel with 10 revenue centers and 75,000 S.F. of banquet space is a good example of the system’s success and the efficiencies generated.  Audit staffing, before installing the DA-5™, was two dedicated night auditors 7 days a week and one income auditor 5 days a week.  Today, using the DA-5™, the entire audit, journal entry posting, management reports and more are completed by one person in about 20 hours a week. Based on current hourly rates and benefit costs this reduction resulted in annual savings of more than $90,000.
